Summary

To provide support to the Procurement Manager drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts to ensure compliance with Bank policies, legal requirements, and business goals. This role acts as a liaison between user departments, legal, finance and suppliers to facilitate smooth contract lifecycle and change/variation management and minimize contractual risks.

Contracts Management Activities (Duties &amp; Responsibilities)

1. Support to manage end-to-end Contract lifecycle.

2. Develop standard contract templates and terms and conditions.

<ul><li>Set up Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for recurring requirements in the Company&rsquo;s Procurement System.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Support in follow up with suppliers to ensure that ordered goods and services are delivered on time and within the agreed prices in PO/contract.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Liaise with and support invoice management team, user departments and finance to ensure suppliers receive their payments as per the PO / contract terms in supporting healthy business relationship with suppliers.</li></ul>
