 is looking for a professional and guest-focused
 
 Receptionist
 
 to join our Front Office team.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 <li>
 Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a memorable arrival and departure experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle check-in, check-out, room reservations, and guest inquiries efficiently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond promptly to guest requests and coordinate with other departments to ensure exceptional service.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle telephone calls, emails, and guest correspondence professionally.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain Front Office standards in line with Sofitel and Accor brand expectations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure confidentiality of guest information and compliance with hotel procedures.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Agent in a hotel environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge and hands-on experience with Opera Cloud is mandatory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong customer service orientation with a passion for hospitality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of written and spoken English. Additional languages are an advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
