<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>NURSING ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></h3>
<ul><li>Provide assistance to the nurses with direct-patient care.</li>
<li>Communicates with and keeps manager informed of unit activities, needs and problems related to patient care.</li>
<li>Maintains established departmental, unit and hospital guidelines, policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Follows established routines and utilize supplies and equipment in a cost-effective manner.</li>
<li>Implements and maintains factors related to safety and effectiveness of patient outcomes.</li>
<li>Administers necessary actions to comply with daily patient hygiene standards.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>DOCUMENTATION:</b></h3>
<ul><li>Documents and submits required information and data in a timely fashion.</li>
<li>Clearly and accurately documents designated processes, policies, products, service offerings, etc.</li>
<li>Ensures that documentation is tailored to expected readers/users.</li>
<li>Uses correct terminology.</li>
<li>Conforms to required style and format.</li>

Requires full range of motions including handling, lifting, turning, and transferring adult patients and in use of equipment necessary to provide care to the patients.</p></li><li><p>
