You will complete preventive and planned maintenance tasks using equipment O &amp; M manuals, schematics, and other drawings. You will use sophisticated measuring instruments for completing precision machine alignments. <li>Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine tool equipment and controls.</li>

<li>Demonstrated high degree of industrial mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical aptitude and repair abilities.</li>
<li>Knowledge of and experience with electrical test equipment and electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.</li>
<li>Ability to safely operate powered industrial vehicles such as forklifts, side-by-sides, etc.</li>

   Senior CNC machine operators ensure management of all CNC equipment from setup to operation, producing parts and tools from different resources including metal and plastic.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensuring the monitoring of machinery, inspecting finished products, and leading test runs are carried out.
  </li>
  <li>
   Responsible for ensuring produces quality parts and tools specific to engineering drawings and client standards.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure the CNC machines are Set-up and managed to perform different jobs including drilling, grinding and milling.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure the Translation of engineering drawings and requirements into dimensions for production are processed and communicated to the CNC team.
  </li>
  <li>
   Oversee all the machines while they execute the tasks and make the necessary changes to produce improved results.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure all raw materials and equipment are loaded and unloaded.
  </li>
  <li>
   Record all machine actions by completing production and quality logs, keeping detailed records for equipment and procedures.
  </li>

   Ensure all machine maintenance and cleaning of equipment is carried out daily.

   Approve and inspect finished product to ensure that results of machining process align with client expectations.

   Trade School Accreditation/High School diploma or equivalent qualification

   Certificate or diploma in Engineering is an advantage

   Team Management and effective communication within team and management.

   Understanding of GD&amp;T and Reading of Engineering drawing

   Must have experience in operating the CNC lathe (at least 4axis) machine, manual programming and Cam programming is an advantage.
