CNC Machine Operation<ul><li>Operate modern CNC machinery following production schedules.</li><li>Set up machines with the correct tools, fixtures, and materials.</li><li>Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.</li><li>Perform test runs and first-piece inspections.</li></ul>2. Our CNC Repair Technicians are key players in our organization who maintain and repair equipment in a non-foundry manufacturing environment. Your focus will be on safety, quality, and minimizing downtime to ensure maximum production efficiency.
 
What You'll Do:

<li>Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical issues; analyze root causes and perform repairs.</li>
<li>Work with Fanuc or similar robotics systems, CNC controls, programmable logic controllers, and other automation systems.</li>
<li>Design, draw, and interpret electrical circuits and schematics.</li>
<li>Use multimeters to troubleshoot electrical circuits down to the board level.</li>
<li>Replace electrical components on circuit boards.</li>
<li>Interpret, write, and test ladder logic programs for programmable controllers.</li>
<li>Perform data backups and recover equipment from data loss.</li>
<li>Collaborate with technical support to diagnose failures and document procedures.</li>
<li>Understand and use computerized maintenance management software.</li>
<li>Perform physical tasks, including working in tight spaces and on slippery surfaces.</li>

What We Need from You:
