<p><b>Per Diem - MaineHealth Memorial Hospital,</b> located in the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire, is currently seeking <b>Per Diem</b> <b>Certified Nurse Midwife to join its Women&rsquo;s Health &amp; OB/GYN practice in North Conway, NH</b>. Women&rsquo;s Health at Memorial Hospital is a midwifery-centered practice that has great support from its OB/GYNs and care team. Our midwives are an integral part of the practice culture, providing antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum care to women delivering at Memorial Hospital. The hospital&rsquo;s Family Birthing Center is well-appointed with three suites, each with tubs for labor support, two recovery rooms, and is staffed by a skillful nursing team trained in both high and low intervention births and low and high-risk pregnancies.</p>
<p><b>Minimum Qualifications:</b></p>
<p></p><ul><li>Successful completion of an ACNM approved Nurse Midwifery program required; Master&rsquo;s Degree is preferred.</li><li>
Must be licensed to practice in the State of NH as a Certified Nurse Midwife.</li><li>
NRP, BLS, and surgical first assistant certifications required.</li><li>
One year of labor &amp; delivery and office experience required; CNM experience is required.</li><li>
Competency with IUD insertion and office ultrasound is required; Nexplanon insertion is desired.</li><li>
Comfort with moderate-to-high risk pregnancies.</li><li>
Collaborative approach to patient care including working with OB/GYNs and all levels of clinical team.</li></ul>

Position Summary</div>
Under the direction of the Executive Director of P20 Strategic Partnerships, the P20 Partnership Success Manager is responsible for managing and advancing CNM&rsquo;s P20 initiatives, including dual credit, early college, and pathway programs. The Manager oversees day-to-day operations and ensures the effective implementation and evaluation of programs that promote student readiness, transition, and success.<br>

This role collaborates with internal CNM departments, K12 schools, and community partners to develop and sustain strategic partnerships that align with CNM&rsquo;s mission and student success goals. The Manager is accountable for program outcomes, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement efforts that strengthen P20 pipelines.<div></div><div>
Duties &amp; Responsibilities</div><ul><li>
Manages the coordination, implementation, and evaluation of CNM&rsquo;s P20 programs, including dual credit, early college, and pathway initiatives.</li><li>
Serves as a primary liaison between CNM, K12 districts, and community partners, developing and maintaining collaborative relationships that expand educational opportunities.</li><li>
Plans, organizes, and executes stakeholder engagement activities, events, and meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and follow-ups.</li><li>
Oversees program data collection, analysis, and reporting to monitor outcomes, assess effectiveness, and recommend strategies for improvement.</li><li>
Develops and maintains partnership agreements, deliverables, and performance benchmarks to ensure accountability and alignment with institutional goals.</li><li>
Represents CNM at community, district, and statewide events, sometimes working evenings or weekends, to promote programs and strengthen partnerships.</li><li>
Contributes to policy and process development that supports program growth, operational efficiency, and student success.</li><li>

Minimum Qualifications:</div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in education, public administration, business administration, workforce development, or a closely related field</li><li>
