About this opportunity</b></p><p>
We are looking for an Account Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to drive our Networks business in Saudi Arabia. The Account CTO will be responsible for driving long-term network evolution, strategy and engagements by being a trusted advisor to key decision makers, generating network sales, and supporting the Key Account organization with business development; ensuring that Ericsson is perceived as a preferred partner with end-to-end solutions that provide customer value. The role will also be responsible for leading functional reporting of a team of eight Solutions Managers. The selected candidate will directly report to the CU Head of Networks for the assignment customer unit.</p><p><b>
What you will do</b></p><ul><li>Position Ericsson as the strategic partner for operators through vision, thought leadership and technology advisory across Market Area Europe, Middle East and Africa.</li><li>In our advanced markets, drive, support and push a 5G acceleration strategy to improve Ericsson&rsquo;s market share in both Radio and Transport, working with lead customers to develop business and technical rationale for 5G deployments.</li><li>Develop, together with BAs (BNEW) and EMEA Domains, engagement and positioning strategies around new technologies and industry developments for the operator.
