ROLE SUMMARY: 
The Lead Bartender will work closely with in-venue management to ensure that the bar is maintaining The h.wood Group&rsquo;s standards of excellence relating to attitude, customer service, employee relations, and job performance. RESPONSIBILITIES:</div>
<ul><li>Create cocktail and liquor menus in conjunction with in-venue management.</li>
<li>Manage the bar and cocktail program to ensure alignment with venue concept.</li>
<li>Maintain inventory control and receiving all liquor and related supplies in conjunction with in-venue management.
