We run a slim staff to avoid diluting the tip pool, so we need a dependable mulitasker.To join our team you should like staying busy, take pride in quality and enjoy interacting with customers, both human and canine (we are near a neighborhood so we get to meet a lot of pups!).Ideal candidates are friendly, upbeat and outgoing with the ability to remain calm and collected under pressure (move fast and think fast). Dependability, attention to detail and a strong work ethic are required.Currently, we are hiring for an experienced barista.We start new hires out working Mid shifts (7:30-3:30) and Closing shifts(1-7:30). Once dependability and strong barista skills (quality as well as speed) are established, we can work you into Opening shifts (5:30-1), when available. Advancement opportunities available; we want our strongest workers on the busiest shifts.
