 Previous experience in a specialty coffee role such as Head Barista, Coffee Specialist, or similar

Training:
Stone Creek Coffee provides extensive coffee training for all our Baristas.
Compensation Structure:
We offer a base pay of $12.00 an hour with an hourly tip rate with an average minimum of $7 per hour. Stone Creek Coffee is also dedicated to completing all Barista training within the first 60 days. Upon certification, all baristas receive a $0.50/hr increase.
