Job Summary and Qualifications</h5> 
As the Collections Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Director in the daily operations of the Collections functions. You are also responsible for guiding the staff in their day-to-day responsibilities, which include mentoring and training them as needed. 
In this role, you will: 
<ul><li>
Identify staffing needs and communicate those needs to the Collections Director</li><li>
Review and monitor collection reporting (e.g. EDW Trended Aging Report)
</li><li>Monitor pool inventories to ensure accounts are being worked and resolved in a timely manner.
</li><li>Review and act on high-dollar accounts as directed.
</li><li>Assure productivity of each staff member
</li><li>Review each staff member&rsquo;s productivity and QA monthly and perform annual evaluations</li><li>
Counsel staff with disciplinary, productivity and/or QA issues
</li><li>Work as a liaison between the Collections staff and other SSC staff
</li><li>Resolve issues escalated by patients, Collections staff and other departments</li></ul> 
What qualifications you will need: 
<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in business or related field required. Equivalent work experience may substitute education requirements</li><li>
Minimum three years&rsquo; experience in related area with two of these years being healthcare management experience OR completion of the Parallon Manager Trainee Program.</li></ul>

Reports to: Operations Director (works closely with Principals &amp; Controller)
Keystone CPAs is a growing, remote-first accounting and advisory firm serving entrepreneurial clients nationwide. We operate in a Pod-based service model and manage a high volume of recurring and deliverable-based work across multiple Principals. We are hiring a Billing &amp; Accounts Receivable Manager to own and improve our billing and collections process. This role is both operational and strategic and requires the ability to design systems that work across different billing styles.
This position owns firm-wide billing execution and accounts receivable. The Billing &amp; AR Manager will design and maintain a billing system that adapts to four Principals&rsquo; schedules while ensuring timely invoicing, accurate records, and consistent collections.This role requires strong judgment, systems thinking, and confidence working cross-functionally.
Core Responsibilities
Billing Execution<ul><li>
Bill monthly bundled services (tax, bookkeeping, tax planning, etc.)</li><li>
Bill deliverables (primarily tax returns) as work is processed and released</li><li>
Correct invoices as needed and provide detailed billing explanations to clients and billers</li><li>
