PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><p></p><p><br>
Assist Technicians and/or Director of IT Operations and Cybersecurity in supporting the Cooperative's various systems.</p><p>
Assist in providing excellent customer support of end-user devices and software. This includes Office Applications (Word, Excel, etc.) as well as laptop and desktop computers.</p><p>
Duties may include assisting with asset management and configuration, deployment and removal from service. This includes supporting all districts with &quot;hands-on&quot;, supervised support of our internal customers and their equipment, including but not limited to PC, Printer, Phone and Mobile Devices.</p><p></p><p><br>
All duties as assigned within the parameters of all applicable federal, state, and local labor and safety laws and/or regulations.</p><p>
All positions are required to participate in weekly group meetings with other interns. May involve special assignments and field trips.</p><p><b>

ACS&rsquo; Division of Family Court &amp; Legal Services (FCLS) is responsible for representing our agency in child neglect and abuse cases, juvenile delinquency proceedings, and other child welfare proceedings in the New York City Family Courts. FCLS is a legal office with attorneys and support professionals in each of the five NYC boroughs. Each unit is led by a Borough Chief and a team of other supervisors. FCLS attorneys and support professionals work together collaboratively with Child Protective Specialists, Case Planners, and other child welfare specialists to further the agency&rsquo;s mission on behalf of children and families. FCLS is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Support Undergraduate Intern to join our Staten Island FCLS team.<br>

As a Legal Support Undergraduate Intern, you will support our Staten Island FCLS team with day-to-day tasks within the Borough Office and Staten Island Family Court. <p>Perkins Eastman offers paid summer internship positions for students. Our college interns are offered a collaborative and congenial work environment with an opportunity to work on projects as fully integrated members of our design teams participating in learning sessions focusing on various aspects of delivering a success project for our clients. Participants will also enjoy the rich and diverse culture of the firm and the broader community through lectures, project tours and events.</p>
<p><b>Job Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul><li>Responsible for project work, as assigned by the team leadership, in various phases of the project.</li>
<li>Participates in design development with the client and team, through various means of communication and delivery.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul><li>Currently enrolled in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, Business or Design Planning Programs or have completed the third year of an undergraduate</li>
<li>No prior work experience required.</li>
<li>Excellent presentation, written, verbal and communication skills.</li>
<li>Possess outstanding analytical and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Comfortable communicating design concepts and processes.</li>
<li>Experience in business strategy and workplace planning and design a plus.</li>
<li>Proficient with software such as AutoCAD, Revit (a plus), Adobe Suite software, Affinity suite software, Visualization. Illustrator; Sketchup, 3D software such as Rhino and Grasshopper, InDesign, PowerPoint, Excel, and other data management software.</li>
