</b></p><p>The Corporate Lending Executive is responsible for managing an existing portfolio, reviewing and recommending appropriate loan actions, while also monitoring distressed loan accounts within the Special Assets Department and branches. Demonstrated underwriting expertise in Low‑Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), subordinate/public subsidy layers, and construction/permanent financing structures.</li><li>
Proven leadership with the ability to set direction, drive accountability, and influence outcomes across cross‑functional teams.</li><li>
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; capacity to synthesize complex information and make sound credit recommendations.</li><li>
Track record of managing multiple transactions and deadlines with disciplined project management and follow‑through.</li><li>
Excellent stakeholder management and customer service; trusted partner to clients and internal colleagues.</li><li>
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including preparation and delivery of executive‑level presentations.</li><li>
Acute attention to detail with strong documentation and control discipline.</li><li>
