Job Summary:

This position works with the agency account managers and advisors to provide internal support through processing and documentation in Epic through established workflows and procedures.

Primary Duties:
<ul>
<li>Process change endorsements, audits, renewals and new policies, checking for accuracy.</li>
<li>Prepare letters for account manager or advisor signature.</li>
<li>Process requests for certificates of insurance within 24 hours of request.</li>
<li>Invoice agency bill transactions.</li>
<li>Maintain all client activity and suspense items in Epic.</li>
<li>Prepare auto ID cards, certificates, evidence of property, insurance binders.</li>
<li>Communicate with insurance carriers as needed.</li>
<li>Prioritize workload and/or request assistance as required.</li>
<li>Problem solve as possible prior to seeking assistance from an account manager.</li>
<li>Seek advice from account managers when problems arise.</li>
<li>Keep current on rates, forms and coverage changes.</li>
<li>Maintain required licenses.</li>
<li>Follow agency workflows.</li>
<li>Know by name and face as many customers and employees as possible, calling them by name as often as possible.</li>
<li>Know and practice LOCBUTN, our Golden Rules, and Bell Bank Customer Service Standards.</li>
<li>Know, understand, and live the company values and bottom line.</li>
<li>Conduct activities consistent with established Bell Bank policies, procedures and systems, and all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.</li>

About the Role: Assist the account team in completing day-to-day administrative tasks, recurring customer service tasks, and meeting performance requirements regarding production and quality. Ensure no liability associated with errors or omissions occurs. Specific responsibilities include data entry, word processing, reviewing policy forms for accuracy, handling transmittals to clients/insureds, and providing general office support.
