<div></div><div>We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of current or relatively recent experience as a Closer, who can take direction, then work independently, who's excellent organization, time management and problem-solving skills help them navigate a fast-paced work environment with multiple priorities.</div>

<div></div><div>Essential Job Functions:</div>
<ul><li>Prepare, send and track Closing Disclosures</li>
<li>Prepare Closing Package, review to ensure all instructions to closing agent are accurate</li>
<li>Prepare all closing documents for borrower/title company</li>
<li>Ensure all loans pass required compliance tests</li>
<li>Schedule or confirm closing date with the title company/closing agent</li>
<li>Coordinate file review with third party law firm, where applicable</li>
<li>Review cash to close and ensure verified assets are sufficient to cover the cash to close</li>
<li>Prepare funding worksheet</li>
<li>Track and clear closing conditions in a timely manner</li>
<li>Ensure loans close and disburse the day after funding</li>
<li>Pull documents required by warehouse banks to fund the loan (for example, Note, AUS, CPL) and drop documents in shared drive for funders</li>
<li>Communicate (both oral and written) with clients, brokers, closing agents, and title companies all necessary information to close loans</li>
<li>Perform other closing related tasks as necessary or requested by Management</li>

<li>Minimum of 2-5 years of residential mortgage closing experience.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, USDA, FHA, VA and State Housing lending guidelines and requirements, first/second liens, home improvement and home equity loans. Non-QM experience is a plus.</li>
<li>Must be knowledgeable with current TRID policy &amp; procedures; HUD-1 experience is a plus</li>
