Essential Responsibilities

Analyzes and underwrites Commercial customers and credit products that include Commercial Real Estate [CRE], Commercial and Industrial [C&amp;I] businesses, agriculture, bank holding companies and their subsidiary banks and individuals.</li><li>
Possesses considerable knowledge of Commercial credit policies, credit analysis, procedures and philosophy.</li><li>
Demonstrated financial and risk analysis skills.</li><li>

 A Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree is required in Business, Finance, Business Administration or Engineering

 Minimum of 5 years&rsquo; experience related to financial management or project management

 Strong finance skills and familiarity with business case preparation - financial metrics (IRR%, EBIT, EBITDA)
 </li>
 <li>
 Project management skills and proven history of successful completion on independent assignments
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced, changing environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrates keen sense of priorities, inspire others with forward looking orientation
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations

 Excellent oral and written communication skills

 <li>
 Manufacturing facility experience is preferred
 </li>

 Automotive experience is preferred
