 Summary For The Role
 
 
 
 The Commercial Manager will lead all commercial, contractual, and cost management functions for a major high-rise project in Mecca. This role ensures effective contract administration, oversees procurement strategies, manages cost control processes, and mitigates commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle. The Commercial Manager will work in close coordination with project leadership, contractors, consultants, and client stakeholders to ensure commercial integrity, transparency, and adherence to contractual obligations within a PMC consultancy environment.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead all commercial and contractual activities throughout the project lifecycle in compliance with PMC best practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage procurement strategies, tendering processes, bid evaluations, negotiation, and contract award
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee contract administration, including claims management, variations, commercial evaluations, and dispute resolution
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure robust cost management, including budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, and value engineering assessments
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor contractor performance to verify alignment with contractual and financial obligations
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare regular commercial reports, dashboards, and financial summaries for senior management and client representatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify commercial risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect the project's financial and contractual interests
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all commercial activities adhere to legal standards, industry regulations, and organizational policies
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and interface with multidisciplinary teams to ensure commercial impacts are considered in all project decisions
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications &amp; Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying
 </li>
 <li>
 Relevant RICS certification is required
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated expertise in commercial management on major construction projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 15 years of experience with proven delivery in high-rise tower projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Mandatory experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience working in a PMC consulting environment is highly preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of contract forms, claims management, cost control, and procurement strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation skills
 </li>

 The Site Manager (Civil) is responsible for the overall execution of civil works for the high-voltage substation project, ensuring that construction is completed safely, on time, in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards, and in coordination with other disciplines.
 
 
 
 Description:
 
 
 
 1- Overall management of civil construction activities, including earthworks, foundations, control buildings, cable trenches, roads, and drainage
 
 2- Ensuring availability of required resources (manpower, equipment, materials, plants, tools, and safety gear, etc.)
 
 3- Ensure construction is executed in accordance with approved IFC drawings, method statements, and project schedule
 
 4- Overseeing work done by working groups, sub-contractors, and other agencies
 
 5- Close coordination with all members of the execution team, supervisors, consultants, other agencies, and the client
 
 6- Ensuring implementation of quality control requirements, procedures, and guidelines
 
 7- Monitor daily site progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
 
 8- Preparation and submission of daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, and attendance at progress review meetings.
 
 9- Ensuring work execution as per standards, specifications, procedures, and good engineering practices
 
 10- Ensuring inspections, measurements, and approvals of completed work quantities and initiating progress payment claims.
 
 11- Review and close site NCRs, observations, and punch items
 
 12- Ensuring site documentation, progress reports, instructions, and other records are properly maintained and safeguarded
 
 13- Ensuring completion of job activities according to the approved work schedule and within approved budget targets

 4 Familiarity with SEC/utility standards (preferred)
 
 5 Good teamwork and interpersonal relationship qualities.
