The Painter &ndash; Journeyman is responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing surfaces on industrial and commercial structures, piping, equipment, and components. This position requires skill in applying various coatings and finishes, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining compliance with company and industry standards for safety, performance, and appearance.

<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Key Responsibilities:</h3>

<li>Surface Preparation: Clean, sandblast, scrape, and prime surfaces to ensure proper coating adhesion.

<li>Coating Application: Apply paints, primers, epoxies, and specialty coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
