Work Environment

7+ years of LIHTC experience across underwriting, portfolio/asset management, workouts, and dispositions, with strong knowledge of Section 42 and affordable housing fundamentals</li><li>
Proven experience negotiating Investor Limited Partner (ILP) exits and leading exit/workout strategies, including interpreting partnership agreements and executing disposition plans</li><li>
Manage, strategize and execute action plans to resolve troubled tax credit investments</li><li>
Advanced financial and tax analysis capabilities, with demonstrated ability to model exit economics and assess credit/portfolio impacts</li><li>
Proficiency with complex CRE and partnership documentation, including underwriting perm loan conversions and evaluating construction-stage transactions</li><li>
Executive-level communication and stakeholder management, with a track record of influencing cross-functional partners and senior leaders</li><li>
Leadership experience includes coaching, training, mentoring, and directing project teams in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency, with exceptional attention to detail and sound judgment in complex situations</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting or related field</li></ul>
