Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Provides necessary input, support and guidance to the Worley Commissioning team.</li><li>
Reviews commissioning documentation (schedules, procedures, commissioning test programs, test acceptance certificates etc.)</li><li>
Represents Worley at internal &amp; external meetings on the project.</li><li>
Contributes to the development and implementation of Worley systems and procedures for the project and performs work in accordance with Worley internal processes and all relevant approved procedures.</li><li>
Reviews commissioning non-conformity reports and contributes to the implementation of corrective measures.</li><li>
Maintains detailed and accurate commissioning records, including data, documentation, and progress reports.</li><li>
Completes reports of work performed accurately and on time.</li><li>
Reports on project technical scope performance against the Construction Time Schedule.</li><li>
Assists in ensuring that no technical changes are implemented without prior approval as per EPC contract procedure and regulatory requirements.</li><li>
Performs work in adherence to the overall Project execution plan, Detailed Design, Work Execution Plan and Project Quality Plan.</li><li>
Monitors Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, and Startup activities performed by the EPC Contractor&rsquo;s commissioning staff, etc. under the direction of the Commissioning Lead.</li><li>
Provides guidance in conjunction with the operations group on equipment start-up.</li></ul></div><div>
Experience and Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering required (Master&rsquo;s degree beneficial).</li><li>
Strong technical skills; 8+years of experience in commissioning on large scale projects, thermal power plants or in nuclear power plant development.</li><li>
Experience in preparing commissioning tests and reviewing commissioning results reports.</li><li>
Participation in the commissioning of recent PWR new build projects (especially VVER-1200) is an advantage.</li><li>
Participation in commissioning leadership and or in the turbine island systems/equipment is a plus.</li><li>
Experience with licensing requirements and compliance with regulatory authorities for commissioning activities will also be considered a plus.
