Minimum Qualifications 
Bachelor's Degree 
 
Five years of progressive experience in communications, project management, design, or related work in higher education or related sector 
 
Demonstrated project management and supervisory experience. 
 
Preferred Qualifications 
Master&rsquo;s degree in communications, marketing, or related field. 
Experience in higher education enrollment communications. 
Familiarity with Slate CRM or similar campaign management tools. 
Experience managing both creative and production staff. 
Familiarity with HTML, email platforms, and content management systems.Proficiency in basic design principles and a willingness to learn design tools.Understanding of accessibility and brand compliance standards. 
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. 
Strong organizational and leadership skills to oversee daily team operations.

6-8 Years' previous communications experience in an international context, ideally within Latin America.</li><li>

Candidates with experience in communicating on climate mitigation, adaptation or sustainable development strongly preferred. Relevant commensurate experience in public policy, public health, or related environmental fields will be considered.</li><li>
