You will work closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team that includes mental health professionals, psychiatrists, therapists, and program leadership to ensure timely, appropriate access to PHP and IOP services.</p><p></p><p>
This position functions at the center of the Outpatient Behavioral Health department and serves as a key point of contact for all PHP/IOP referrals. Using strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills&mdash;along with expertise in administering evidence-based screeners and brief mental status assessments&mdash;the coordinator facilitates comprehensive triage and screening for all incoming referrals.</p><p></p><p>
In addition to clinical triage functions, the coordinator provides administrative support, including scheduling and phone coverage for the clinical team, and collaborates with the <b>TAP team</b> regarding insurance authorizations and referral coordination.</p><p></p><p><b>
