ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Communications Coordinator will play a key role on a busy corporate communications team helping execute the delivery of timely, relevant, and accurate information to more than 80,000 associates at a growing Fortune 500 company.

What it is:
The Marketing &amp; Communications Coordinator is a key member of the Marketing and Communications Department, providing creative and technical expertise in graphic design, website content management, and product marketing initiatives. This role bridges visual design and strategic marketing to help ensure brand consistency, drive engagement, and support product visibility across multiple platforms.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this position contributes to the development of marketing campaigns, assists with product and website initiatives, and creates high-quality visual assets that align with Stellar MLS brand standards.
What you&rsquo;ll do:
This is an hourly, non-exempt, full-time role. Your essential duties and responsibilities will consist of:<ul><li>
Design and produce marketing and communication materials for digital, print, and web channels.</li><li>
Support product marketing efforts through visual storytelling, campaign collateral, and product launch assets.</li><li>
Assist in maintaining and updating website content, graphics, and layouts in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.</li><li>
Contribute to the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns that promote Stellar MLS products, services, and initiatives.</li><li>
Support analytics tracking and campaign reporting by contributing creative insights and visual summaries.</li><li>
Maintain brand integrity through consistent design and messaging across all marketing channels.</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop materials for internal and external audiences.</li><li>
Assist with event graphics, presentation templates, and promotional visuals.</li><li>
Provide administrative and project support for marketing and communications initiatives.</li><li>
Other responsibilities as assigned.</li><li>
Timely and regular attendance is an essential function of the position; being physically present in the work environment is an essential job function.</li><li>
Cross-training for other departmental functions is expected and required.</li><li>

Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Website Management.</li><li>
Able to adapt to a fast-paced, changing organization with strong organizational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.</li><li>
Knowledge and proficiency in email marketing through platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Act-On, and Salesforce is a plus.</li><li>
Must be able to follow company policies and procedures.</li><li>
Team player, with the ability to be extremely effective independently.</li><li>
Maintain professionalism with customers, vendors, and staff at all times.</li><li>
Real Estate industry experience is a plus.</li></ul>

Education, Certifications, and Software Skills<ul><li>
BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.</li><li>
2 or more years of experience in marketing, design, or communications.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>
Experience with SharePoint and Teams is a plus.</li><li>
Working knowledge of social media platforms and web content systems.
