  Responsibilities:

   Troubleshoot, Engineer and optimise the HFT network
  </li>
  <li>
   Designing cloud based integrations
  </li>

   Managing market connectivity

   Managing Data Center implementations

   Configuration reviews and audits

  Skills required:

<li>Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels, including particularly social media</li>
<li>Lead crisis communications efforts and serve as a spokesperson for the company when needed</li>
<li>Develop and manage the communications budget, including communications technology tools for press communications (database), press release distribution, PR analytics, internal communications, and engagement.</li>
<li>Measure and report on the effectiveness of communications initiatives.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.</li>
<li>10+ years of experience in corporate communications, preferably in the B2B technology sector. Proven record in media relations and crisis communications.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of B2B technology trends and the ability to position CGS's solutions effectively.</li>
<li>Experience using AI tools to enhance the speed and quality of communications work products</li>
<li>Experience in developing and executing multi-channel communications strategies.</li>
<li>Proficiency in digital communications tools and analytics platforms.</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior executives.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.</li>
</ul>
