Primary Purpose: 
Responsible for planning, developing and editing a variety of content and materials to communicate Exelon&rsquo;s priorities to internal and external audiences. This position will assist the senior manager, Editorial with management of the content hub housed on exeloncorp.com, responsible for sourcing, developing and editing stories, videos and other materials that showcase Exelon&rsquo;s long-term vision, advocacy for policies that benefit our customers, community support and initiatives that position the company as an employer of choice. This position will also develop and edit employee communications and executive thought leadership materials and serve as project lead for related initiatives. This role will collaborate across the company and work closely with functional subject matter experts as well as operating company communications teams. Performs other duties as assigned by the senior manager, Editorial and Director, Employee Communications and Executive Thought Leadership. This position reports to Senior Manager, Communications and will represent them in their absence. 
Note: This is a hybrid position (in-office with remote flexibility). Employees are required to be in office at least three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).

Primary Duties:

Manage the exeloncorp.com content hub for external-facing company stories, produce accurate, compelling, and editorially proficient written communications. (40%)</li><li>
Ensure effective communication of corporate messages and content on a company-wide basis to employees. (10%)</li><li>
Directly interface with business unit communications managers to ensure consistency of messaging. (15%)</li><li>

Job Description:
Under general supervision, performs police communications and related clerical work in a central communications center.
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Operates emergency telephones, two-way radios, teletype, telecommunications and computer terminal equipment, closed circuit televisions, remote control cameras, alarm and security systems.
</li><li>Answers emergency telephone lines. Monitors and maintains radio communications.
</li><li>Receives and records information and requests related to police services. Dispatches police officers. Notifies command, supervisory, and administrative personnel about incidents.
</li><li>Transmits and receives telephonic communications with the surrounding local jurisdictions.
</li><li>Operates specialized communications networking equipment and computer terminals. Accesses restricted law enforcement networks.
</li><li>Obtains, inputs, and receives data related to police activities such as criminal history, warrants, and vehicle registration.
</li><li>Monitors radio frequencies and transmissions of the Allied Law Enforcement Agencies, National Weather Service, and Maryland Civil Defense.
</li><li>Relays information from field officers requesting back up and support services such as crime lab technicians, K-9 unit, emergency medical services, rescue, and fire equipment.
</li><li>Maintains manual and computerized logs and prepares complaint control cards and reports.
</li><li>Monitors safety and security systems, reports malfunctions as appropriate, and dispatches appropriate personnel to alarm site.

Minimum Qualifications:
EDUCATION
<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED
</li></ul>EXPERIENCE
<ul><li>Two (2) years clerical or other related experience.
</li></ul>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
<ul><li>Skill in the use of keyboards and office equipment.
</li><li>Ability to type accurately.

</li><li>Ability to learn applicable procedures and regulations.

Position Summary</h3>
IYF is looking for a content marketing pro who wants to drive impact and build a life filled with purpose.
The Content Manager will create, publish, and optimize content across IYF&rsquo;s owned channels and own IYF&rsquo;s website, email content, and social presence. You&rsquo;ll make sure our digital channels are current, compelling, and aligned with campaign and lifecycle marketing priorities.
This is a hands-on role for a strong content generalist&mdash;someone who can write, edit, publish, and lightly design content, manage a consistent social cadence, and flex into non-digital content needs while partnering closely with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager to support campaigns and nurture journeys.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
Essential Functions</h3><ul><li>
Create content across digital and select non-digital formats, and repurpose it across email, social media, web, and other channels as needed.</li><li>
Maintain and regularly update IYF&rsquo;s website, ensuring content is accurate, timely, accessible, and aligned with brand and messaging standards.</li><li>
Identify and execute incremental improvements to the website that enhance clarity, engagement, and conversion.</li><li>
Manage social media publishing cadence across priority platforms, including content planning, scheduling, and posting.</li><li>
Monitor and report on social performance and engagement metrics, using insights to refine content and cadence.</li><li>
Partner closely with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager to develop campaign content that supports nurture journeys, fundraising efforts, and partner engagement.</li><li>
Support email and campaign content creation, including drafting copy, adapting messaging for different audiences, and coordinating with marketing operations.</li><li>
Produce light design and video editing work (e.g., simple graphics, short videos, basic layout), leveraging contractors or external partners for more complex creative needs.</li><li>
Ensure consistency of voice, tone, and brand across all channels.</li><li>
Perform other duties as requested.</li></ul>

REQUIRED SKILLS</h3><ul><li>
5+ years of experience in digital content, content marketing, or communications</li><li>
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt content across channels and audiences</li><li>
Experience managing and updating websites using a CMS &middot; Hands-on experience managing social media channels and analyzing performance metrics</li><li>
Basic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools, or similar)</li><li>
