</p><ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies, campaigns, and plans that align with company objectives and culture.
</li><li>Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of site-wide internal events, town halls, employee briefings, and celebratory activities to boost morale and achievement of business objectives.

</p><ul><li>Execute and coordinate Community Engagement events managed by the Communications department to enhance Airbus's reputation as a responsible corporate citizen within the local operating communities.
</li><li>Manage proactive outreach programs designed to foster strong, mutual beneficial relationships with key community leaders, organizations, and residents.
</li>Site Sponsorships and Donations Management: execute the site's program for corporate sponsorships and charitable donations, ensuring alignment with corporate social responsibility (CSR) guidelines and local site strategic priorities.<br>

</p><ul><li>Lead the communications planning and execution for high-profile site visits, including those involving government officials, corporate executives, etc.
</li>Establish and manage the necessary protocol and communication materials to ensure successful and impactful visits, working closely with security, facilities, and executive support teams.<br>

</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Political Science, or related field required.

</b></p><ul><li><p>Required: 5+ years experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or public relations.
</p></li><li><p>Preferred : Experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry; previous experience supporting C-suite executives.

Regular travel throughout Washington, including overnight travel, is expected, and occasional out-of-state travel may be required.
