What You'll Do:
As an Office Manager, your critical tasks will include but not be limited to: 
Essential Job Functions<ul><li>Interacts frequently with staff, parents, students, instructors, visitors and community members</li><li>Manages student enrollment processes including family outreach and marketing</li><li>Responsible for the maintenance, care, security and integrity of student records</li><li>Updates all records and maintains a detailed filling system related to student information management systems (i.e. attendance, grades, health records, etc.). Manage the client/owner relationship by meeting with the owners, conducting property tours, providing updates, and responding to owner requests as needed to maintain a positive working relationship</li></ul>

Education and Experience:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or 1-2 years of relevant experience; or a combination of education and experience</li><li>
3 + years of related multi-family property management experience</li><li>
Strong leadership and management skills</li><li>
Team player, professional, and effective communication skills</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software</li></ul>
