Job Description</b><p><br>
At FAENA The Red Sea, people are at the heart of everything we create. As a <b>People &amp; Culture Coordinator</b>, you play a pivotal role in shaping meaningful colleague experiences across the entire lifecycle&mdash;from the first interaction to ongoing engagement. Supporting the People &amp; Culture team, this role ensures seamless administration, thoughtful coordination, and a human-centered approach to every process. Blending precision with warmth, you help bring the FAENA philosophy to life&mdash;fostering a workplace culture that is as inspiring, connected, and exceptional as the guest experiences we deliver.</p><p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Support daily People &amp; Culture operations, ensuring all administrative processes are accurate, timely, and confidential</li><li>
Coordinate onboarding processes, creating a seamless and welcoming experience for new colleagues</li><li>
Prepare employment documentation including offers, contracts, letters, and certificates in line with policies</li><li>
Maintain organized and up-to-date colleague records and HR systems with strict attention to data integrity</li><li>
Assist with recruitment coordination including interview scheduling, assessments, and candidate communication</li><li>
Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and programs that reflect FAENA&rsquo;s culture and values</li><li>
Assist with training sessions, track attendance, and support learning and development activities</li><li>
Liaise with Government Relations to ensure visa, Iqama, and compliance documentation is accurate and complete</li><li>
Monitor attendance, leave, and overtime records, supporting payroll preparation</li><li>
Assist in preparing monthly reports, HR metrics, and dashboards for leadership review</li><li>
Support colleague housing and logistics coordination in partnership with relevant teams</li><li>
Prepare and manage internal communications including announcements and newsletters</li><li>
Assist with exit processes and end-of-service procedures in line with local labor laws</li><li>
Maintain a welcoming and professional People &amp; Culture office environment</li><li>
Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and a high level of emotional intelligence in all colleague interactions</li></ul><br>
<b>
Qualifications</b><br>
<ul><li>
1&ndash;3 years&rsquo; experience in Human Resources, People &amp; Culture, or administrative roles within hospitality or a similar environment</li><li>
Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred</li><li>
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a people-first mindset</li><li>
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism</li><li>
Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li><li>
Understanding of Saudi labor law and HR processes is an advantage</li><li>
Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach</li><li>
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment</li><li>
