Cross-Functional Collaboration:<ul><li>
Serve as a liaison between sales, brand experience, and product teams to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and loyalty.</li><li>
Partner with the Event Experience team to align sales strategy goals with charitable event strategies and recognize employee achievements through internal recognition events.</li><li>
Ensure the Market President is well-informed about regional trends, events, and initiatives.</li></ul>
Strategic Alignment and Branding:<ul><li>
Maintain the design and integrity of the corporate brand and culture, acting as a &ldquo;Busey Brand Ambassador&rdquo; in all internal and external communications.</li><li>
Ensure consistent corporate voice and strategic alignment throughout all First Busey Corporation entities, performing Brand In Action Audits in corporate markets.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Education &amp; Experience</h2>

The Watertown Public Library is seeking a Library Director to lead and manage all aspects of library operations, including staff supervision, budgeting, and community programming. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering a welcoming environment, expanding access to resources, and building strong partnerships that support lifelong learning across the community.
The Library Director is a responsible administrative position involving the responsibility for all library functions. The Library Director plans, organizes, coordinates and directs a balanced program of library service to serve all people in the community, recommends library policies and implements those policies as adopted by the Library Board. A maximum degree of latitude for independent action is exercised within the scope of library policy.
The Library Director evaluates the effectiveness of library services in relation to community needs and serves as a technical advisor to the Library Board. This role is responsible for hiring, supervising, and, when necessary, dismissing library personnel, as well as recommending and administering personnel policies. The Director prepares and submits reports outlining the library's current progress and future needs and develops the annual budget in consultation with the Board, providing regular updates on expenditures. Additionally, the Director oversees the selection, purchase, cataloging, and classification of library materials, serves as the library's spokesperson within the community, and builds strong working relationships with governmental agencies, civic organizations, and the public. The position also includes recommending and administering public relations efforts to promote library services and initiatives.
This position requires a Master of Library Science degree from an accredited library school; three-five years' experience in a public library including administrative experience, and eligibility for Grade I Wisconsin Library Certification.

<li>With the coordinator of alumni and parent relations, support and strengthen the alumni and parent associations.</li>
<li>Help plan alumni and parent events.</li>
<li>Work with Campus Ministry to engage students in writing thank you notes to donors.</li>
<li>Invite alumni and parents to speak with students about their career paths and serve as mentors.</li>
</ul>
Marketing and Communications
<ul>
<li>Work with the president, director of admissions, and coordinator of marketing and communications to advance Villanova&rsquo;s mission and vision to alumni, parents and members of the greater community.</li>
<li>With the coordinator of marketing and communications, prepare a variety of online and print publications, including event invitations, e-newsletters, and an annual report and magazine.</li>
</ul>
Advancement Office Infrastructure
<ul>
<li>With the Advancement staff, create systems to support fundraising initiatives and operations.</li>
<li>Supervise gift processing and record-keeping using Raiser&rsquo;s Edge.</li>
<li>Coordinate research activities to include identifying top prospects.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Five to ten years of experience, including proven, measurable success in achieving fundraising goals. A bachelor&rsquo;s degree is required; a master&rsquo;s degree is preferred.</li>
<li>Deep knowledge of donor cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and securing major gifts from individuals, foundations, and corporations. Experience with grant-writing.</li>
<li>Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and networking skills to engage donors, board members, alumni, parents and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Experience in supervising, mentoring, and motivating staff.</li>
<li>Experience with Raiser&rsquo;s Edge donor management software, as well as Google.docs and digital tools such as Trellis auction software and Almabase fundraising software.</li>
<li>Exceptional organizational and writing skills.</li>
<li>Experience working with graphic designers.</li>
<li>Knowledge of the Catholic faith and commitment to Church teaching.</li>
</ul>
Compensation Package: 
The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000. The starting salary is based on, but not limited to, factors that include type and years of experience, education level, and expertise.
