Summary/objective
Under the supervision of the Crisis Integrated Services Coordinator, the Community Liaison is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with emergency departments (EDs), psychiatric hospitals (IMDs), pediatricians, and other community organizations that serve children and youth in crisis. Serve as a trusted employee advisor at all levels</li><li>
Linking, translating and integrating HR work and priorities with business/ line managers</li><li>
Deliver recurring HR services and processes in partnership with CoEs</li></ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Manage site employee relations</li><li>
Administer local Labor relations</li><li>
Feed local pulse to HRBP</li><li>
Ensure policy consistency/compliance with rules and laws</li><li>
Provide career coaching for local talent, with emphasis on developing new manager talent</li><li>
Help business/ line managers solve business problems (turnover, absenteeism, etc)</li><li>
Local community/government employment agency contact</li><li>
Key point of contact for grievance handling for the site</li><li>
Overall supervision for administrative accountabilities at the site</li><li>
Assist TA to identify local sources of talent</li><li>
Partner with CoEs to:</li><li>
Execute tools/programs to drive employee engagement</li><li>
Execute communications</li><li>
Develop local succession plans</li><li>
Play an active role in PepsiCo values/culture/engagement work(leveraging the COE work for local activation).</li><li>
Localize and activate global HR solutions, core processes and policies</li></ul>
Qualifications:

Experience and Qualification</div><div>
10-12 Years of Experience in Plant HR operations. IR knowledge is must</div><div></div><div>
