</li><li>Monitor and manage the Department&rsquo;s social media accounts, responding to public inquiries and moderating comments in accordance with municipal policies.

</li><li>Knowledge of social media analytics and digital engagement strategies.
</li><li>Ability to create compelling written, visual, and video content for public communication.
</li><li>Proficiency in graphic design and multimedia editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools).

</b></p><p></p><p>Associate&rsquo;s degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field and two (2) years of professional experience in communications, marketing, public relations, digital media, or related work.

</b></p><p></p><p>High school diploma or G.E.D. from an accredited institution and four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in communications, marketing, public relations, digital media, or related work.
