Create, film, and edit video content, including short- and long-form videos, as well as associated content needs such as event coverage and livestreams</li><li>
Manage an up-to-date calendar of social content and production schedules, with regular stakeholder communications to ensure timely delivery.</li><li>
Manage day-to-day communications on Razer&rsquo;s short-form video channels (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) to grow engagement and expand audience size; includes routine housekeeping, moderation, conflict resolution, and enforcement of community guidelines.</li><li>
Conduct ongoing analysis and reporting of owned social media channels (and external channels) to provide industry insights and recommend content improvements.</li><li>

The Case Management Referral Specialist is a position that assists children, adolescents and adults and their families as the access point to Administrative and Blended Case Management Services at Penndel Mental Health Center. The Referral Specialist operates as Penndel Mental Health Center&rsquo;s Case Management liaison to hospitals, community members and other network providers who wish to inquire as well as refer individuals to Mental Health Case Management. The Referral Specialist receives, tracks, processes and intakes referrals to case management based on client&rsquo;s needs and eligibility.
Requires a minimum of a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human service field. Blended Case Management experience strongly preferred.
Duties/Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Receives, processes, and tracks incoming ACM and BCM Case Management referrals.</li><li>

Utah Community Action (UCA) is seeking a customer-focused, solutions-driven IT Support Specialist to provide frontline technical support to employees throughout the agency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, teaching others, and ensuring technology runs smoothly in a mission-driven environment.
What You'll Do
As a member of our IT team, you will:<ul><li>
Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets, emails, phone calls, and Microsoft Teams requests.</li><li>
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and mobile device issues.</li><li>
Configure and deploy laptops, printers, phones, and other technology equipment.</li><li>
Create, modify, reset, and disable Active Directory user and computer accounts.</li><li>
Support Microsoft Windows 11, Microsoft 365 applications, Chrome, remote access tools, antivirus software, and mobile device management solutions.</li><li>
Train employees on technology systems and best practices.</li><li>
Maintain IT inventory and equipment checkout processes.</li><li>
Develop and publish knowledge base articles to help staff resolve common technical issues.</li></ul>

Required Qualifications<ul><li>
High School Diploma or GED.</li><li>
Minimum one year of helpdesk or technical support experience.</li><li>
CompTIA A+ certification.</li><li>
Valid driver's license.</li></ul>
Work Environment &amp; Physical Requirements
This position primarily works in an office environment, with occasional visits to classrooms and agency locations. Duties may require sitting for extended periods, occasional driving, lifting up to 50 pounds, and periodic bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and equipment setup.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, drug screening, sex offender registry check, child abuse/neglect check, and all applicable Head Start health requirements. Employees must follow all Utah Community Action personnel policies and perform other duties as assigned.
