The PEO Benefits Advisor will partner with Rippling Account Executives, Account Managers and PEO Account Executives to help quote, provide comparative analysis of our health insurance plans/rates, and present to prospective and existing Rippling customers. The<b> Senior Product Manager, Advisor Services and Stock Plan Partnership</b> will be responsible for <b>owning, managing, and evolving the Advisor Services / Stock Plan Services (AS‑SPS) partnership offer</b>, which expands how Schwab supports stock plan sponsors and participants through collaboration with select Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs).</div><div></div><div><br>

The Advisor Services / Stock Plan Services partnership offer combines Schwab&rsquo;s end‑to‑end stock plan recordkeeping, digital platforms, and retail service capabilities with specialized guidance delivered by independent advisors.</div><div></div><div><br>

The <b>Senior Product Manager, Advisor Services and Stock Plan Partnership</b> serves as the <b>offer owner</b> for the AS‑SPS partnership, with accountability for execution, performance, and continuous improvement across the full offer lifecycle.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Offer Strategy &amp; Execution</b></div><ul><li>
Own offer‑level goals, success metrics, and delivery plans for the AS‑SPS partnership.</li><li>
Execute against strategic priorities.</li><li>
Identify opportunities to enhance the offer based on client needs, operational insights, and participant experience.</li></ul><div><b>
Offer Lifecycle &amp; Program Management</b></div><ul><li>
Manage end‑to‑end implementation of the offer, including the support of onboarding new plans into the partnership model.</li><li>
Oversee ongoing offer evolution, including enhancements to processes, technology, and service models.</li><li>
Partner with technology and digital teams to deliver technology needs and resolve offer‑level issues.</li></ul><div><b>
Market Positioning &amp; Pricing</b></div><ul><li>
Assess market penetration and adjust positioning to strengthen competitive differentiation</li><li>
Communicate product value propositions clearly to internal and external stakeholders</li><li>
Support evaluation and execution of offer changes, expansions, or retirements.</li></ul><div><b>
Advisor &amp; Client Experience</b></div><ul><li>
Manage advisor partnership enablement in close coordination with Advisor Services.</li><li>
Support advisor relationship management and field readiness related to the offer.</li><li>
Act as a subject matter expert for the AS‑SPS offer in internal and external forums.</li></ul><div><b>
Cross‑Functional Collaboration</b></div><ul><li>
Lead cross‑functional working teams across Technology, Operations, Legal &amp; Compliance, Risk, Marketing, and Field Enablement.</li><li>
Coordinate launches, enhancements, and communications tied to the AS‑SPS partnership.</li><li>
Ensure alignment across SPS, Advisor Services, and Retail stakeholders</li></ul><div><b>
Governance &amp; Business Management</b></div><ul><li>
Partner with Finance to track offer‑level performance, costs, and outcomes.</li><li>
Support vendor, advisor, and partnership oversight as applicable.</li><li>
Ensure offer changes adhere to governance, risk, and compliance requirements.</li><li>
Support internal coordination, reporting, and governance forums.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Required Qualifications:</b></div><br>

7+ years of experience in equity compensation, advisor platforms, workplace services, and/or product/offer management.</li><li>
Experience owning or managing a defined product, offer, or program with measurable outcomes.</li><li>
Demonstrated success leading cross‑functional initiatives in a complex, regulated environment.</li><li>
Strong client‑ and partner‑facing skills, with the ability to translate needs into execution priorities.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Undergraduate degree.</li></ul><div><b>
Preferred Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Experience working with Registered Investment Advisors or advisor partnership models.</li><li>
Familiarity with equity compensation, private or public company stock plans, or participant financial guidance.</li><li>
Prior experience in Workplace Services, Stock Plan Services, or Advisor Services.</li><li>
Advanced degree.</li></ul><div>
