About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing, Web Developer & IT Specialist to join our team in Dubai.
This is a multidisciplinary role for someone who is comfortable working across digital marketing, content creation, website development, backend systems, and day-to-day IT support.
We are not looking only for a social media manager. We need someone who can create, build, implement, troubleshoot, and improve our digital presence and internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Content
Create marketing materials for social media, website, email campaigns, promotions, and digital advertising.
Design graphics, promotional materials, banners, and other digital content.
Create and edit short-form video content and reels.
Manage and update social media content.
Support Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Assist with SEO, Google Business Profile, website traffic, and online visibility.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
Maintain consistent branding across all digital platforms.
Website & Development
Manage, maintain, and update company websites.
Create and edit website pages, landing pages, forms, and promotional sections.
Handle frontend and basic backend website requirements.
Troubleshoot website errors, integrations, forms, plugins, domains, hosting, and email-related issues.
Improve website performance, user experience, SEO, and functionality.
Support integrations between websites and other business platforms.
Work with WordPress and/or other CMS and web development environments.
IT & Technical Support
Provide day-to-day IT support for computers, printers, networks, emails, and other office systems.
Set up and troubleshoot employee computers, accounts, software, and access.
Assist with Microsoft 365/Google Workspace and company email administration.
Troubleshoot internet, Wi-Fi, printer, hardware, and software issues.
Maintain appropriate backups, access controls, passwords, and basic cybersecurity practices.
Coordinate with external IT/software providers when required.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in digital marketing, web development, and/or IT support.
Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with WordPress, HTML/CSS, and basic web development.
Knowledge of website hosting, domains, DNS, email configuration, and integrations.
Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to create and edit digital and video content.
Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Business Suite.
Good understanding of computers, networks, software, and office IT systems.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Good written and spoken English.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Experience with any of the following will be an advantage:
PHP, JavaScript, SQL or other web technologies
CRM or business management systems
API integrations and automation
E-commerce platforms
Email marketing platforms
Google Tag Manager and analytics
Photography and videography
AI tools for marketing, design, automation, or productivity
