Your Specific Responsibilities:</b></p>
<p>
Installing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting multiple computer systems for use by end-users, including hardware, software, and communications components of the distributed systems.</p>
<p>
Monitors servers with appropriate software</p>
<p>
Analyze and resolve hardware, software and telecommunications issues using diagnostic software and/or technical trouble shooting processes.
</p><p>Maintains all current inventory for FDOH-Nassau, including annual sanitizing and disposal of distributed processing hardware and software.</p>
<p>
Communicates on a regular basis with users to assess hardware and software functionality and determines computer resource needs</p><br>

<p><b>
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of Windows operating systems</li>
<li>Ability to lift 40 pounds</li>
<li>Knowledge of Security systems</li>
<li>Ability to collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Ability to troubleshoot various systems (eg. Phone lines, computer, peripheral devises) and make recommended fixes.</li>
</ul>

<li>IT Help Desk experience</li>
<li>Ability to troubleshoot computer devices and peripherals</li>
<li>Knowledge of Windows operating system.</li>

<li>Valid Driver&rsquo;s License</li>
</ul>

<li>CompTIA A+ Certificate</li>
