<div>Summary of Position:

The Support Analyst will be responsible for maintaining user uptime and improving computing experiences through effective remote problem identification and resolution while providing exceptional customer service. This person will receive service tickets indicating a user support request, that will need to be identified and will need to resolve the issues. The requests may involve working with other resources and vendors to deliver effective support services. The Support Analyst is responsible for follow up with service request tickets that they have been resolved and provide any additional technical support if needed to close the service ticket. This person will provide maintenance of the computer desktop and mobile environments, resolving problems, installing hardware and software, and supporting the internal IT helpdesk. Other responsibilities will include administration and internal support of the company&rsquo;s PCs, printers, servers, and related equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Diagnose and resolve unique, nonrecurring problems associated with application software and operating systems; determine the source of problems and classify their level, priority, and nature.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and support computer workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, phones and other computer and telecommunications equipment.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Install and support PC, laptop, tablet and mobile hardware and software (certifications from CompTIA, Microsoft or HDI are a plus).</li></ul>
<ul><li>Create alternative methods of completing tasks, correcting user errors and system inconsistencies to improve the desktop team function.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Participate in hardware and software reviews and recommend purchases.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain inventory of installed software, manage software licensing, and create policies and procedures for upgrades.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Work with hardware and software vendors to verify timely product delivery and ensure that new equipment is installed and ready to operate on schedule.</li></ul>

The Position

Summary
The Configuration Analyst provides support for the client configuration of benefits, pharmacy and formulary, supporting the intake, design, configuration, and in-unit testing of all change requests for assigned clients.

Troubleshoot and perform research on basic to moderately complex claims processing issues or customer inquiries and promptly responds to service failures, resolves issues, and escalates concerns as appropriate.</li><li>
Ensure consistent customer experience by proactively participating in configuration of plan design through consultation and collaboration with external clients, client team members, other internal business partners, to ensure that business requirements for change requests are clearly understood, documented, developed, communicated, tested, and delivered flawlessly.</li><li>

Position Summary:

This position is the critical first line of support for our employees. You will provide exceptional technical support to the Cleveland Brothers' user base through telephone contact, email, and walk-in traffic for everything relating to technology.

Primary Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Utilize iSupport software to open, track, and complete support tickets, and monitor helpdesk phone queue.</li>
<li>Repair, Configure, and Swap computers and other hardware as required &ndash; Should be able to lift 40 pounds</li>
<li>Respond to email, telephone, and walk-in requests for support for desktops, laptops, software, printers,</li>
<li>VOIP phones, and mobile devices.</li>
<li>Password Maintenance for DBSi, CWS (Corporate Web Security), and Active Directory/M365.</li>
<li>A/D Account creation and administration.</li>
<li>Support Caterpillar Software and Hardware.</li>
<li>Occasional travel to branches for technical support operations. &ndash; Should possess valid driver's license.</li>
<li>Punctual, on-site attendance is essential in this role.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>

Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:

Education:
<ul>
<li>Associate degree in a computer-related discipline and 1 year PC support experience</li>
<li>Or 2 &ndash; 3 years of extensive support responsibility if an individual does not possess an Associate Degree</li>
</ul>
Related Experience/Skills/Qualification
<ul>
<li>M365/Azure cloud expertise desired</li>
<li>Familiarity with Microsoft Defender and Endpoint Security</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing</li>

POSITION SUMMARY 
This position is primarily responsible with all aspects of deployment and technical support of desktop computers, laptops, applications, peripherals and related technologies to internal and external customers of the company. Position Summary:
