POSITION SUMMARY
The Concierge is an important part of our brand and has a dynamic role in their community as the first point of contact with our residents, families, visitors, and guests. This position will provide front desk coverage and exceptional customer service by consistently being pleasant and helpful to everyone walking through the doors and creating a welcoming and supportive environment. **Chief Concierge**
**Key Responsibilities:**<ul><li>
Provide comprehensive support to guests regarding all inquiries, encompassing both hotel-related and external service matters</li><li>
Participate in mandatory shift briefings to ensure full awareness of hotel activities and operational requirements</li><li>
Establish and maintain strategic relationships with the Airport Authority, retail partners, and service providers within the vicinity, ensuring current information on their offerings and promotions</li><li>
