<p><b>Job Title:</b> Concierge &amp; Executive Assistant (Wine &amp; Hospitality)</p><p><b>Location:</b> Stonewall, TX<br/><b>Compensation:</b> $16-$18/hour (with growth opportunity)<br/><b>Schedule:</b> Tuesday-Saturday</p><p>About the Role</p><p>We&rsquo;re looking for a highly organized, hospitality-minded individual to join a growing portfolio of wine and lifestyle brands and a highly curated concierge service.</p><p>This role is a unique blend of <b>concierge, guest experience, and executive support</b>&mdash;perfect for someone who thrives on creating exceptional experiences while keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.</p><p>You&rsquo;ll work directly with ownership to help deliver high-end, curated wine and travel experiences in the Texas Hill Country.</p><p>What You&rsquo;ll Do - Concierge &amp; Guest Experience (Primary Focus)</p><ul><li>Coordinate and manage <b>guest itineraries</b> (wineries, dining, transportation, experiences)</li><li>Act as a point of contact for clients before, during, and after their visit</li><li>Communicate with partner venues (wineries, restaurants, drivers, etc.)</li><li>Ensure a <b>seamless, high-touch experience</b> for every guest</li><li>Assist in developing and refining curated experiences and offerings</li></ul><p>Executive Assistant Support (Secondary)</p><ul><li>Manage scheduling, calendars, and appointments</li><li>Assist with email communication and follow-ups</li><li>Help coordinate internal projects across multiple brands</li><li>Handle light administrative tasks and organization</li></ul><p>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</p><ul><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>Hospitality mindset (detail-oriented, proactive, service-driven)</li><li>Ability to multitask across different projects and brands</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment</li><li>Tech-comfortable (Google Workspace, scheduling tools, social media basics)</li></ul><p>Bonus Points</p><ul><li>Experience in hospitality, concierge, events, or wine industry</li><li>Familiarity with Fredericksburg / Texas Hill Country</li><li>Interest in wine, travel, and curated experiences</li></ul><p>Why This Role is Unique</p><p>This is not a traditional assistant role.
