Licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) needed for full portfolio assignments for communities based in the Fairfield County Region.

The Manager shall build relationships with the communities in order to aid the Board in preserving, protecting and enhancing the community, supporting immediate needs and long-term goals, while balancing the priorities of the Company and meeting contractual obligations.

The CAM is responsible for all aspects of community and support staff management within his/her portfolio with the ultimate goal of building and maintaining client relationships and satisfaction.

The Community Association Manager (CAM) helps the company grow by:

<li>First-hand experience with Community Associations is desired.</li>

To work with the Board of Directors (BOD) to provide guidance and improve the overall quality of living in Homeowners Associations (HOA) and Condominium Associations. Property managers serve as the liaison and expert between the BOD, homeowners, committees, and vendors. This role is to represent the values, goals, and strategies of CMA at all times.

Nature and Scope:

<li>Helps uphold the covenants and standards set in an association.</li>

<li>Checks emails and voicemails each business day. Responds to voicemails within 24 hours and emails within 48 hours.</li>
<li>Maintain consistent office hours as designated by CMA policies and procedures with the guidance of the Division Manager.</li>
<li>Serves as liaison between CMA and the Board of Directors, homeowners, service providers, and/or contractors.</li>
<li>When applicable, documents the performance of direct reports throughout the year and conducts thoughtful, constructive performance evaluations annually/including disciplinary actions with the direction from Human Resources.</li>

Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>
Active Community Association Manager license in the state of Illinois.</li><li>
Understanding of physical building management, Condominium law, financial planning, and law affecting property management.</li><li>
Works effectively with coworkers, clients, customers, and others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner; addresses problems and issues constructively to find mutually acceptable and practical business solutions.</li><li>
