Summary</b></div><div>
The confidential administrative secretary will provide exceptional customer services to internal and external constituents and maintain confidentiality at all times in correspondence to Allentown School District's policies and procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li>
Reads and routes incoming mail. Locates and attaches appropriate file to correspondence to be answered by supervisor.</li><li>

Assists with maintaining accurate entries and records in the Human Resources information system and employee files.</li><li>

Receives and processes resignations/off-boarding for Act 93 &amp; AEA employees.</li><li>
