<li>Candidate must be able to demonstrate an understanding of financial statement preparation and the general ledger cycle. Applicants with solely &ldquo;on the job&rdquo; training need not apply.</li>
<li>Possess solid understanding of California Prevailing Wage laws and certified payroll reporting requirements.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Quickbooks, advanced Excel skills, CPR reporting platforms (Elations, LCP Tracker, CA DIR).</li>
<li>Be organized, comfortable with deadlines, and detail-oriented.</li>
<li>Possess communication skills to effectively interact with project management staff and executive leadership.</li>
</ul>
Applicant will be expected to work in person at our downtown San Leandro office.

Compensation is $28-$50 per hour, commensurate with experience. This position can be part-time, full-time or in between, depending on experience. We are an equal opportunity employer.
