<p>Job Title: <b>Site Engineer</b> <b>&ndash; (ID Finishing Works) / High Rise Building Construction </b></p><p><b>I N D I A N S are preferred </b></p><p>About the Role; -</p><p>We are seeking a skilled <b>Interior Finish Engineer</b> with strong hands-on experience in Joinery, Metal Cladding Works, Wooden Cladding, signage, Painting, and high-end wallpaper installation. This requirement is for a prestigious 5-star hotel project in Dubai (Business Bay). As part of the main contractor&rsquo;s site team, you will oversee day-to-day finishing works, ensuring quality, progress, and compliance with project specifications and hotel brand standards.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p>Supervise and coordinate painting, wallpapering, and joinery/fine carpentry works on site, including subcontractors and direct labour.</p><p>Inspect substrate conditions, material approvals, and workmanship to ensure compliance with approved shop drawings, method statements, and material data sheets.</p><p>Manage defect-free finishing &ndash; control over pinholes, touch-ups, wall flatness, joint sealing, wallpaper alignment, and joinery grain/veneer matching.</p><p>Conduct regular site inspections, to help QAQC find quality defects and support QAQC to raise non-conformance reports (NCRs), and drive corrective actions.</p><p>Coordinate with MEP, drywall, and other trades to avoid rework and clashes in high-end guestroom and public area finishes.</p><p>Monitor material consumption, wastage, and storage &ndash; especially for wallpapers, lacquers, and pre-finished joinery panels.</p><p>Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, maintain snag lists, and lead finishing punch-list clearance.</p><p>Ensure strict adherence to hotel quality standards, fire codes, and UAE/DM/DCD regulations.</p><p>Qualifications &amp; Experience</p><p>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design or equivalent.</p><p><b>Minimum 5&ndash;8 years</b> of GCC/Middle East experience in high-rise hotel or luxury residential finishing.</p><p>Proven track record with three key trades:</p><p><b>high-rise building/construction experience in the UAE</b></p><p>&ndash; Paint: water-based, epoxy, texture, high-gloss, and anti-fungal coatings.</p><p>&ndash; Wallpaper: commercial-grade, fabric-backed, custom digital print, and seam concealment techniques.</p><p>&ndash; Joinery (fine woodwork): solid wood, veneer, MDF/lacquered finishes, wooden paneling, wardrobe/cabinetry installation.</p><p>Ability to read and interpret interior finishing drawings, joinery shop drawings, and material schedules.</p><p>Strong snagging, de-snagging, and site quality management skills.</p><p>Good communication in English (written &amp; spoken) &ndash; ability to coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and hotel operator&rsquo;s QA team.</p><p>I N D I A N S</p><p>Email &ndash; <b>recruitment AT cscec32 DOT ae</b></p><p>Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Controls/Building Automation team, having direct responsibility for the administration, implementation and management of the contracting fulfillment processes in its goal of operational excellence and support of overall strategic objectives.</p><p></p><p>

Drive revenue &amp; profitability and achieving specific Annual Operating Plan priorities.</p></li><li><p>
Monitor performance and progress of the Area&rsquo;s project portfolio to ensure timely and successful project delivery.</p></li><li><p>

Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and assigned staff.</p></li><li><p>

Review and validate contracts and estimates by performing risk analysis and developing risk plans.</p></li><li><p>

What you will bring:</p><ul><li><p>
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Business with at least 10+ years&rsquo; work experience in building automation/controls, and a minimum of 5 years in supervisory capacity.</p></li><li><p>
Working knowledge of industrial and commercial HVAC systems and building automation systems.</p></li><li><p>
Proficiency using Microsoft Office products.</p></li><li><p>
Strong verbal and written communication skills.</p></li><li><p>
Experienced and knowledgeable in construction processes associated with the installation &amp; implementation of building automation systems and mechanical/HVAC projects.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
