Job Summary</b></p><p>
Oversee and manage field labor for landscape construction projects. The Crew Leader will be responsible for leading a team of crew members and technicians, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. Duties/Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
 Maintain high standards of job site safety, cleanliness, and organization</li><li>
 Supervise and lead a crew of 2&ndash;6 team members on landscape construction projects</li><li>
 Interpret blueprints, site plans, and construction drawings to guide installation activities</li><li>
 Ensure proper installation of hardscape (pavers, retaining walls, patios), softscape (trees, shrubs, sod), irrigation systems, drainage, and other landscape elements</li><li>
 Coordinate daily tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to meet deadlines and specifications</li><li>
 Operate and maintain construction equipment (e.g., skid steers, compactors, saws, trenchers)</li><li>
 Communicate effectively with Construction Project Managers, Project Supervisors and Subcontractors to ensure smooth execution and field coordination</li><li>
 Train and mentor crew members to promote skill development and team performance</li></ul>
Requirements:

Required Skills/Abilities</b></p><ul><li>
 2+ years of experience in landscape construction preferably within the Greenery Team</li><li>
 Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>
 Strong knowledge of landscape installation techniques, equipment, and tools</li><li>
 Ability to read and interpret construction plans and technical documents</li><li>
 Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills</li><li>
 Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred+</li></ul><p><b>
Education and Experience</b></p><ul><li>
 High school graduate or equivalent desired</li><li>
 Previous outside construction, landscape, or similar field experience</li><li>
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills a must</li><li>
 6 months commercial landscape experience preferred but not required</li></ul><p><b>
Physical Requirements</b></p><ul><li>
 Outdoor work environment in varying weather conditions.</li><li>

Duties can include making sure plants grow well in their assigned area as well as cleaning up debris around yards and other areas.</p>

<li>Knowledge of plants, trees, and grasses in growing, pruning, and fertilizing shrubs, lawns, bushes, trees, and flowers</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years of experience in landscape related field</li>
<li>Must be able to operate equipment safely.</li>
