A Day in the Life:

As an Installer, you can expect to work alongside the Operations team to install and maintain billboards while prioritizing the safety of yourself and others. Installation most often includes handling a large advertisement printed on vinyl and ensuring it is properly assembled to the billboard structure. The tallest billboard structure in the company is around 200 feet, so comfort with heights is a must.

Maintenance of our billboards includes construction work such as tightening bolts, painting steel structures, repairing trim and various parts of a billboard sign face and structure, changing light bulbs, and more. As for power/manual tools: you bring the experience, we bring the equipment!

In this role you'll be expected to:

<li>Remove and hang flexes from billboards, remove and hang vinyls, cut and prepare flexes and vinyls for installation, cut, prepare and install copies on Tri-Visions</li>
<li>Build and install extensions on billboards, cut brush/weeds, conduct storm damage repairs and minor electrical repairs, and maintain a clean workshop area</li>
<li>Use power/manual tools while adhering to safety regulations</li>
<li>Attend installer and construction safety meetings as required</li>
<li>Maintain operation vehicles; maintain construction tools, equipment, and machinery</li>
<li>Take completion photos for proof of performance of installations</li>
</ul>
What we're looking for in YOU:

Education and Experience Requirements:

<li>CDL and Non-CDL licenses are a plus, but not required!</li>
<li>Previous experience working at heights up to 200 ft. above ground preferred</li>
<li>Construction and/or billboard installation experience is a plus, but not required</li>

Job Summary<ul><li>
The Landscaper I provide landscape maintenance support to a variety of industrial, commercial, and public properties. This position performs basic tasks with supervision and supports the safe operation of commercial grade landscaping equipment as well as the upkeep of plant material and other landscaping elements.</li></ul>
Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Cut turf using various sized power mowers, trimming, and edging using a gas-powered edger/trimmer, and operating a gas-powered blower</li><li>
Prune shrubs and low trees as needed to improve the shape or growth habit or to remove damaged branches</li><li>
Plant and maintain flower beds</li><li>
Operate the edger and line trimmer along sidewalks, flower beds, trees, buildings, fences, and other objects</li><li>
Pick up trash and blow leaves and other organic debris on to the turf before mowing.</li><li>
Mulch the leaves and organic matter when mowing.</li><li>
Perform weeding by hand or using a garden hoe or hula hoe</li><li>
Perform basic, preventative maintenance to extend the life of equipment</li><li>
Properly remove trash, dead plants, and suckers from landscape</li><li>
Maintain a polite, friendly, responsive demeanor with guests and customers</li><li>
Report unsafe conditions to Crew Leader or Production Manager as appropriate</li></ul>
Education and Experience:<ul><li>
At least 18 years old,</li><li>
Enthusiastic and dependable</li><li>
Ability to safely work with equipment like power saws and cutters</li><li>
Certified on level 1 equipment (backpack blower, stick edger, string trimmer, walk-behind mower)</li><li>
Familiar with basic horticultural maintenance operations/practices</li></ul>
Physical Demands/Requirements:<ul><li>
Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs. (mulch, fertilizer, etc.)</li><li>
Ability to load/unload burlaps with plant cuttings onto trailer (up to 50 lbs.)</li><li>
Ability to bend, stoop and twist continuously throughout the day</li></ul>
Work Environment:<ul><li>
Work in/or about situations near direct automotive traffic</li><li>
Work near or about natural bodies of water</li><li>
Ability to work in extreme conditions &ndash; temperatures may exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit</li><li>
Ability to work in direct sunlight for extended periods of time</li><li>
Work outdoors in moderate to extreme heat in dry/humid near automotive traffic, natural bodies of water, fumes, dust, mechanical/electrical hazards and direct sunlight.</li><li>
Requires protective clothing and personal devices: Eye protection, safety vest, gloves, hard hat, ear plugs, long sleeved shirts, and work boots.</li></ul>
