Obtain Engineering review and approval. Identify and report discrepancies in original design or contract documents requiring modifications.</li><li>
Coordinate with other departments and third parties to obtain required support and/or approvals. Detect and resolve conflicts in schedules and specifications and coordinate interfaces between civil and structural works and other disciplines.</li><li>
Recommend approval of schedule changes in construction activities where required.</li><li>
Compile technical data to prepare weekly and monthly reports on project progress, cost, and quality control. Conduct or direct investigations and advise SRCE and SRCM of issues affecting schedule or quality.</li><li>
Assist SRCE and SRCM in administrative functions and initiate correspondence (draft letters/reports) to contractors and other departments for SRCM&rsquo;s signature.</li><li>
Review and validate billing items submitted in Work Estimates, confirm actual progress, determine work completion percentages, and recommend payments accordingly.</li><li>
Assist in compiling documentation and evaluating claims, changes, or delays related to civil and structural works.</li><li>
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.</li></ul>
What Required Skills You&rsquo;ll Bring<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from a recognized institution.</li><li>

The Construction Project Engineer is responsible for document controls, will perform field inspections for various construction activities at the project site to verify that construction work is compliant with plans and specifications, and with minimal oversight will manage specific subcontract agreements, participating in both OAC and Subcontractor meetings. Position Summary</h2>
The Field Engineer provides technical and field support for construction, maintenance, and outage activities at Millstone Nuclear Power Station. Working closely with the Project Manager, General Superintendent, Superintendents, Quality Control, and client representatives, the Field Engineer helps ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications, project schedules, and quality requirements.
This position serves as the link between engineering, project management, and field operations by resolving technical issues, coordinating work packages, documenting field activities, and supporting successful project execution.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Essential Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>
Provide daily technical support to field construction and maintenance teams.</li><li>
Review engineering drawings, specifications, work packages, and construction documents for accuracy and constructability.</li><li>
Coordinate field execution with Project Management, Superintendents, Quality Control, and client representatives.</li><li>
Assist in planning and sequencing construction activities to support project schedules.</li><li>
Prepare Requests for Information (RFIs), field change documentation, and engineering correspondence.</li><li>
Monitor work progress and verify construction activities comply with project specifications and quality standards.</li><li>
Support field layout, measurements, and verification of installed work.</li><li>
Coordinate material deliveries and verify materials meet project requirements.</li><li>
Track and document project quantities, production rates, and completed work.</li><li>
Assist with project scheduling updates and progress reporting.</li><li>
Participate in daily planning meetings, safety briefings, and coordination meetings.</li><li>

Qualifications</h2><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Required</h3><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.</li><li>
Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of field engineering or construction engineering experience in industrial, heavy civil, power generation, or energy projects.</li><li>
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents.</li><li>
Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams).</li><li>

Preferred</h3><ul><li>
Previous experience supporting nuclear power plant projects.</li><li>
