<li>5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting a senior executive, business owner, CEO, President, or C-suite leader.
</li><li>Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.
</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage confidential financial, business, and personal information with a high degree of accuracy and discretion
</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, and related business applications.
</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>7+ years of Executive Assistant experience
</li><li>Experience supporting both business and personal matters for an executive
</li><li>Experience in real estate, multifamily housing, construction, or related industries
</li><li>Experience coordinating vendors, projects, and travel
</li></ul>Physical Requirements:
<ul><li>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
</li><li>Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate a computer, phone, and standard office equipment.
</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
</li><li>Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
</li><li>Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally (files, office supplies, packages).
</li><li>Ability to travel occasionally as needed for business purposes.
