</li><li>Assists in ensuring that no technical changes are implemented without prior approval as per EPC contract procedure and regulatory requirements.
</li><li>Reviews Project technical documents for compliance with mechanical equipment, components and welding codes and standards, Contract requirements, results of previous design stages, etc. under the direction of the Site Mechanical Construction Supervision Lead.
</li><li>Provides review results in the agreed form and within established deadlines.
</li><li>Provides technical support to the Mechanical Construction Supervision Lead and Site Construction Supervision team on issues related to equipment and components installation.
</li><li>Monitors construction, installation and testing of NPP&rsquo;s mechanical equipment and associated systems; develops comments pertaining to non-compliance with design.
</li><li>Provides support to Engineering Team in the Design and Safety analysis according to international and local regulation and standards.
</li><li>Participates in safety and hazard assessments for mechanical equipment and components and welding processes and systems.
</li><li>Reviews as-built design documents and modification of mechanical equipment and components systems.
</li><li>Reviews, comments and prepares drafts of client correspondence pertaining to mechanical equipment, components and welding systems and processes.

</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering.
</li><li>Strong technical skills.
</li><li>8+ years of experience in mechanical equipment, components and welding on large scale projects and/or in nuclear power plant development.

</li><li>Knowledge of Russian Nuclear Codes for welding Process is desirable.
