<li>Independently run construction project with little to no oversite</li>
<li>UDOT Technician Level IV required</li>
<li>Advanced expertise in quality control processes and safety compliance &ndash; material testing experience is a plus, but not required</li>
<li>Excellent people and communication skills</li>
<li>Demonstrated success managing field teams and complex projects, including overseeing multiple staff across multiple projects, including mentoring of junior technicians</li>
