Immediate openings for reliable Construction Laborers to assist with a large commercial renovation project in Presque Isle. This role offers great daytime hours and the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience while working alongside an experienced construction crew. The Construction Laborer will assist with a variety of construction and renovation activities. Duties may include site preparation, material handling, assisting skilled tradespeople, and supporting work on building structures and surrounding surfaces. Team members may help with demolition, cleanup, safety setup, and general labor tasks while contributing to a safe and efficient work environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a team. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, a basic understanding of construction or carpentry work, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks. 
 
Responsibilities:</div>
<div></div><ul><li>Prepare and clean up work sites by clearing debris, staging materials, and maintaining safe, organized work areas.</li>
<li>Assist with repairs or upgrades to walkways, paved surfaces, and other exterior structures.</li>

<li>Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.</li>

Position Overview
The Construction Laborer position is responsible for performing various duties on construction and/or paving projects. The employee will generally work in utility capacity by transferring from one task to another where demands are required. Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)<ul><li>
Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tools and equipment for the task.</li><li>
Properly follow all company policies and OSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environment. Report any problems to the Foreman, Superintendent, Safety Manager, or Human Resources Manager.</li><li>
Assist construction/paving crew with various duties such as; shoveling and raking, running wheelbarrow, safely backing/dumping trucks into paver.</li><li>
Signal operators of construction equipment to facilitate alignment, movement, and materials with shovel.</li><li>
Follow direction of Foreman as to daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or jobsite.</li><li>
May be called upon to run small power tools such as jack hammer.</li><li>
Digs, spreads, and levels construction materials.</li><li>
Lifts, carries and holds material, tools and supplies.</li><li>
Assists in the placement, moving and dismantling of signs, barricades, cones and other traffic control devices.</li><li>
Regular and predictable attendance at assigned times is required.

Qualifications

Education/Experience<ul><li>
