 Project Manager
 
 to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role owns project profitability, schedule, safety, quality, and client satisfaction while managing internal teams and subcontractors.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Preconstruction &amp; Bidding
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Review plans, specs, and bid documents for accuracy
 </li>
 <li>
 Support bid strategy, schedules, and scope development
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate site visits, RFIs, and permit planning
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Project Execution
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage subcontractor buyout, contracts, and purchase orders
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead kickoff meetings and subcontractor meetings
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular site visits and progress reviews
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with Superintendents to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage change orders and cost impacts
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Project Oversight
 
 
 <ul>

 Lead weekly project reviews with internal teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor financial performance and documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely reporting and compliance
 </li>

 Closeout
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee project turnover, O&amp;M manuals, and documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage warranty items and lessons-learned reviews
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 High School Diploma required; Bachelor&rsquo;s in Construction or Business preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 
 5 plus years of construction project management experience
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Retail/commercial project experience required
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong subcontractor and schedule management background
 </li>
 <li>
 OSHA 10 (30 preferred)
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Software:
 
 Microsoft Office + construction management platforms (Procore, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Viewpoint, etc.)
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Travel

Position Summary</h2>
The Construction Project Manager &ndash; Reconstruction is responsible for overseeing residential and commercial rebuild projects from initial scope through final completion. This role manages, scheduling, subcontractors, job-site execution, customer communication, and financial performance to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
This position is best suited for professionals with hands-on reconstruction experience in fast-paced environments who are comfortable managing multiple active projects and working directly with customers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
Key Responsibilities</h2>
Oversee reconstruction projects from initial assessment through final completion

Prepare accurate scopes of work, budgets, and change orders using company systems and industry tools

Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and field personnel across multiple concurrent projects

</li>
Conduct regular job-site inspections to ensure quality, safety compliance, and schedule adherence 
<li>
</li>
Communicate consistently with customers, internal teams, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle 
<li>
</li>
Resolve project challenges related to scheduling, materials, workmanship, and customer concerns 
<li>
</li>
Ensure proper documentation including photos, permits, job notes, scopes, and financial tracking 
<li>
</li>
Monitor project timelines and profitability to ensure strong operational performance

Order materials and coordinate deliveries to maintain efficient job flow

Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety standards, and company policies

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and quality execution

Qualifications</h2>
2&ndash;5+ years of construction or reconstruction project management experience required

</li>
Solid understanding of construction methods, building systems, and project workflows

Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills

</li>
Ability to read and interpret scopes of work, blueprints, and construction documentation

Valid driver&rsquo;s license with acceptable driving record
